Maha Shivratri is of very great significance for all those who aspire for the Ultimate. It is the most favourite day of the Abhishek-priya Lord and His devotees. Maa ji highlighted the significance of this auspicious day. Neelkanth Maheshwar was best propitiated with cool bathing (both internal and external).
