May Gurumaa bless my thoughts as I pen down our time with Sri Chaitanya ji (Manish ji).
The Bur Dubai Study Circle of Dubai had an unexpected, but long anticipated pleasure of having a 'Disha DigDarshan' of Sri Chaitanya ji! Having recently traversed through the 5th chapter of ‘Sreemad Bhagawad Geeta’ and Sree Adi Shankaracharya ji's ‘Tattwa Bodh’ (Prakaran Granth), our Study Circle was looking forward to this tete-a-tete with Chaitanya ji. We all were keen on solidifying our commitment to our saadhna and needed his direction and feedback.
Chaitanya ji heard about our current format, and keenly and firmly directed us towards the Goal of 'Swa-Adhyayan' (Self Study). After a very participative discussion, he laid out certain firm, but necessary rules to ensure sustained discipline and commitment towards our spiritual goal. He stressed on the need of every saadhak preparing for every verse discussed and thereby improving on the takeaways from the scriptures. He laid out a mechanism of relaying our doubts and questions to him as and when they arise.
After the Online Classes during Covid pandemic, he approved our request for a physical Study circle class. Going ahead, Sri Natesan ji humbly offered his residence as an ongoing venue for same. We offer our deep gratitude to Sri Chaitanya ji for engaging with us and assuring his presence on our path ahead.
