Humble Prostrations at The Holy Feet of Sree Guru Parampara!
Sree Maha Shivraatri was celebrated on 1st March 2022, in the Holy premises of SISS. The festival celebrations began at 6.30 p.m by welcoming Her Holiness Maa Purnananda ji with Purnakumbh.
After seeking blessings from Maa, we all proceeded towards Sree Ishwara Darshan Temple to offer our prayers at The Holy Feet of Sree Ishwara.
The Altar of Lord Shiv was beautifully decorated with flowers and surrounded with green plants. We offered Shodashopachara Puja and Sree Rudrabhishekham of the Lord with Maa ji and Chaitanya ji.
It was a great opportunity to offer prayers in this pure and serene environment feeling the Divine presence of our Gurus. With one gaze of The Lord, my mind would rest in peace as it forgot about the daily indulgences of mundane tasks and embraced the joy felt within. This was a special day to seek for forgiveness from the Lord for continuous mistakes committed as a self-centered and egoistic being.
My heartfelt gratitude at the Holy Feet of the Lord, that by His Grace and the blessings of Maa, I am able to undertake different challenges coming my way. I pray to the Almighty to be able to pursue my learnings, along with my family, fearlessly under the guidance of Maa, with steadiness and faith.
