Pranaam to H H Maa Purnananda ji.
Hari Aum!
The deluded mind always gets confused with so many things - whether to go to Delhi for Sree Ishwar Maha Abhishekam or not! The Guru only knows that I am confused, and with pure love of Maa ji the delusions always get cleared. I booked the tickets for my journey to the destination where the BMI gets fully recharged!
Immense joy immediately came as soon I entered the beautiful campus of SISS. The atmosphere was set for the grand celebration at Sree Ishwar Darshan temple, the Maha Abhishekam of Lord Sree Ishwar and lighting of Deepam on the Deep Stambh on the auspicious day of Sree Kartik Purnima.
On 15th November, the beautiful Friday morning started with aarti of Sree Gurudev, Param Guru and Mata Saraswati. Then we proceeded to Sree Ishwar Darshan temple for Puja and Homam, all set for the Maha Abhishekam. Sree Ganapati, Navgraha Puja and Homam and the reverberating chanting of four Vedas by the Pandit jis cleared all the unwanted thoughts and set the mind focused for the grand Maha Abhishekam of Lord Sree Ishwara.
After breakfast, Maaji was welcomed with Purnakumbh at Sree Sadguru Sharanam; Sree Ishwar Ashtakam, written and composed by Maaji was released to mark the auspicious occasion of Maha Abhishekam.
Maa ji and Sri Manish ji performed the Maha Abhishekam of Lord Sree Ishwar with all the sacred ingredients. All the devotees were allowed inside the Garbhagriha to do the Abhishekam of Lord Sree Ishwar. After doing the Abhishekam, with happiness and contentment in heart, we all gathered at Brahm Udyan, to witness the offerings of Bharat natyam by Kumari Ananta and Kumari Riddhima to Lord Sree Ishwar. After the Purna Alankar of Lord Sree Ishwar, Maha Aarti was performed by Maaji and Manish ji. Maha Prasad was offered to the Lord.
In the evening, Maa ji accepted the Paad Puja offered by the devotees. After the evening aarti at the temple, everyone gathered to light the beautiful 3 layered blackstone lamp pillar (Deep Stambh) with 48 wicks, carved with Vaahans, - Nandi ji at the base, Garud ji in the middle and Hansa ji on the top. As Maaji chanted Sree Ishwar Ashtakam, we all lighted the lamp. Finally, when the Deep Stambh was fully lighted and with the Kartik Purnima glowing from the sky, the whole place was filled with Divinity.
The following day, Maaji’s profound explanations on “Adhyaatmik Anubhav”, “Synchronised approach to managing yourself” and “Sree Geeta Mahayantra”, clearly defined the step-by-step approach on how to perform the duty towards yourself. On the lighter side Smt. Rohini ji and Smt. Neera ji conducted dumb charades on characters from Puranas and delivering the couriers games.
Then all the devotees were given the full set of things required for watercolour painting and clay moulding. Maa ji and Manish ji instructed us to draw any Vaahan of the Lord as a scene according to our imagination and make the model of the Vaahan with the clay. For the next one and half hour, the artist within us came out in full swing, imagination expanded and we did not notice the presence of the world around us. Our minds fully concentrated, each one us came out with a beautiful creation. We all received beautiful gifts for the games and paintings. It was an amazing experience of Divinity through art and games.
When the intention is pure Lord helps us in all the ways to accomplish the task. It is this “Adhyaatmik Anubhav”, I experienced through my visit to SISS. Getting anugraha directly from Sree Guru Parampara is very important and whenever we get a chance we have to utilise it fully.
My sincere thanks to Manish ji for arranging such a wonderful event for Sree Kartik Purnima and my namaskarams to H H Maa Purnananda ji for Her pure love and blessings.
