My Humble Prostrations at the Holy Feet of Sree Guru Parampara and Maa Ji.
Sree Vasant Panchami is celebrated in Vasant Ritu, when the nature is full of colours. The plant kingdom is in full bloom and providing in full bounty to the animal kingdom!
We must derive inspiration from the blossoming nature of Vasant Ritu, so that the fragrant flowers of various virtues may blossom in our hearts, which in turn, will spread true colours of human life and pleasant fragrance of goodness all around. Therefore, we are advised, to pray on the auspicious day of Sree Vasant Panchami, to Mother Goddess Sree Saraswati Devi, seeking true knowledge, to get qualified to be one of the fresh and fragrant flowers of the colourful Holy Bouquet in the Divine Hands of the Almighty.
We at Delhi-NCR study circle were fortunate to perform Sree Saraswati Puja at the Holy Altar at Sadguru Sharanam. The day started with Purna Kumbh, followed by offering Aarti at Sree Ishwar Darshan temple. Then Shodashaupachaar Puja was offered at the Holy Altar of Devi Saraswati.
Maa ji gave us an insight into the sacred ‘Sree Hamsa Gayatri’, which is a prayer offered to the Supreme Self, Brahman. Also, She asked us to chant the Stotras and Stutis of the Deities and read Their texts, while doing Pradakshina namaskar at Sree Ishwar Darshan Temple. In Rajaupachaar, Manish ji sang beautiful bhajans which was a blissful experience.
We here, are fortunate to not only refresh our souls sullied with mundane chores, but also always get a chance, to enjoy the fresh fruits and vegetables from Brahm Udyaan.
May I continue to learn and assimilate under the guidance of Maa ji.
