Ready, Steady, On Your Marks, Get Set, Go!!

“Kshipram Bhavati Dharmaatma Shashwatchchhaantim Nigachchhati; Kaunteya Pratijaanihi Na Me Bhaktah Pranashyati.” - (Sreemad Bhagawad Geeta – 9/31)
There is a general thinking that Sacred Texts such as Sreemad Bhagawad Geeta, Sree Ram Charit Maanas, Sreemad Bhaagwatam and so on, are for devotees of God, who, due to lack of education, or some fear or as a family tradition listen to some kind of discourses or some stories; for the purpose of fulfilling such a tradition, or to get relief from some sins etc.!!! These concepts cannot be ruled out, because one of the aspects of practice of any religion is to read, listen and repeat the sermons given by the respective Teachers, Preachers, Preceptors or Guru-s of any particular religion.
Sanaatan Dharm suggests or rather insists that the believers and devotees must put effort in understanding the religious practices and the philosophy behind every detail given therein to cultivate complete and deeper faith in the symbolism in Sanaatan Dharm.
When the Seers, Sages and thereafter the revered Sree Guru Parampara, due to Their unmatched compassion, have put in unfathomable effort in authoring and compiling such great Sacred Works that cater to every individual of any age, background or occupation, and for each and every generation; it becomes our utmost duty and responsibility to educate ourselves of our most Sacred Heritage reverentially and faithfully. Failing to do so would, in my opinion, be equal to being uneducated and uncultured, and, almost as having wasted the most important lifetime opportunity!
As advised by Sree Bhagwaan in the given Shlok, the believer and practitioner of the Sacred Path soon (sooner or later!) becomes righteous & attains to Eternal Peace; and also He assures protection and progress to such a devotee of His.
One noble thought of Maliniji at an auspicious moment, expressed to Chaitanyaji, about having regular online study of Sreemad Bhagawad Geeta that would benefit people from all walks of life, joining in from different parts of the world at a particular time every week, was has fructified into selfless actions of Chailtanyaji, Aadyaji, Asthaji and Prabhavji, turning the noble thought into a Divine Reality indeed!
