“One needs to introspect as there could be lack of conviction; a major reason for fear! Mind is fearful to leave the comfort zone - the world behind and tread unknown path. Because of lack of conviction one is confused, and because of the confused state, the projections of the coloured mind creates further confusions in the already created falsehood.
Knowledge is the only solution to end this confusion - knowledge of the Scriptures given by well-versed Sree Sadgurus. Understanding and application of this higher knowledge is required – ‘Mananam & Nidhidhyasanam’. And this knowledge when pierces through our confusions and fears, brings conviction.
When, even for the worldly knowledge one has to focus, then one can imagine how much focus is required for higher learnings. Conviction comes when there are no distractions. The mind has to work in a single pointed manner, focused on work, while being united with Lord. There has to be a constant connect. This will automatically enhance Sattva and the sadhak will experience a shift from the fearful unreal to a calming Real.”
