Right from my early childhood, I have loved Teachers who had whip in their hands, though they were seldom needed on me.
Whatever I sincerely pursued I got in life – good education, good job and position, a charming wife, a noble son, good associates…what not. And above all I have had a wonderful association with Maa ji and Manish ji right from the early foundation building days of SISS. Ever since the Steadfastness has been continually growing.
Next month I would be completing 60 by His grace. This Guru Purnima brought special grace and blessings as I got initiated in Vanaprastha. Having moved for long under revered Maaji, and a benevolent Brahmachari (Chaitanya ji), this 3rd yagna of life has come for me naturally and enthusiastically. New name given (Prapanna) is really wonderful as it constantly reminds me of the very 3rd Geeta Dhyaan Shloka:
“PrapannaparijatayaTotravetraikpanaye,
Jnanamudraya Krsnaya Geetamrtaduhe namah.”
With humble prostrations at the Lotus feet of Parijata!
