Hari Aum to everyone‼️

By God’s Grace and Gurudev’s blessings, I had the wonderful opportunity of Being with Maaji for 10 days during her South India visit in August 2019. Maaji’s Discourses were at Chennai, Coimbatore and Bengaluru.

Interestingly Maaji’s discourse at Bengaluru “Why should we follow the path of the Divine” was last of the series of Discourses given at various places during her South India visit. But it turned out to be the first step, a seeker should undertake towards the path of the Divine. A seeker must have the minimum practice of “Doing Japa in the morning and asking for kshama at night, everyday” and during the day at work “at least once, take a break for a few minutes to connect with Lord” was the message insisted by Maaji.

On explaining the difference between Belief and Faith, mere chanting of Shlokas & Stotrams in belief would not improve the situation, only by practicing ultimate surrender to the Lord would definitely improve any situation. To reinforce this point Maaji chanted few verses from Sri Adi Sankaracharya’s Bhaja Govindam. These practices would automatically lead the seekers to his /her Dharm.

The second last Discourse “Dharm in the face of rapidly Advancing technology”, was a BMI opener, as in that Maaji wonderfully explained various simple Dharmas, a seeker should follow in every day life and pointed out how we are deviating from that as per our will. ( Example: Offering the food to Lord before eating at home and not offering at restaurants). We should have the practice of including Lord in doing every action. The more we connect with the Lord, more we become internalized, that leads to the practicing of Sanatana Dharma, going inward towards our Inner Self, that is our “True Nature”.

Once we accept the Lord in full faith without any doubt, then we are ready to listen to “Song of the God” in His own words, the ultimate “Geeta Mahatmyam”. This was the wonderful topic at Coimbatore. We started with the chanting of Geeta Dhyaan shloka and Maaji extracted the essence of Bhagawad Geeta.

Karma yoga- Effort in the right direction will bring the right blessings, Never connect any outcome with any of the effort, Do your work without any expectation. Then the person is ready for Dhyaan yoga

Dhyaan yoga- Uplift yourself by your Self Do not lower your self by your Self Your Self is your friend and Your Self is your enemy When mind becomes quite, Then the person is ready for Bhakti yoga.

Bhakti yoga- 30 qualities are prescribed by the Lord, To become a ture Bhakta (devotee) Take few qualities & practice and Become dear to Lord.

Gnyana yoga - Sanjaya declares conclusively ultimately Wherever there is Yogeshwara Sree Krishna along with Arjuna (symbolic - ready to put effort) There are 3 things definite Sree, Vijaya & Druvanidhi, that is wealth, victory and steady policy Which gives proper righteous victory.

How do we connect with Lord all the time...in every action.... how? By Chanting Hare Rama Hare Rama, Rama Rama Hare Hare Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare....

Looking forward to more such wonderful opportunities to be with Maaji🙏
