2-Day weekend Saadhna on Saadhna Panchakam

NOIDA,

Hari Aum!

This year’s Republic day celebration at SISS, NOIDA was with special bonanza and significance.

Our 2-day weekend saadhna on saadhna Panchakam began with watching Maaji’s discourse on Sreemad Bhagawad Geeta, chapter 18 on Epic channel. With the special arrangement organized by our beloved Sri Manish ji, we could watch the Republic day parade on a large video screen. The visuals gave the effect as if the entire parade at Rajpath has been leading to the Ashram.

After celebrating the national event, it was time for strengthening our inner constitution with the saadhna Panchakam text of Sri Adi Shankaracharyaji. With 40 commandments given through just 5 verses, the great Acharya has laid down the guidelines for attaining the goal Supreme.Maaji beautifully expounded as to how this ‘saadhna ’ has to become ‘Saadhna ’ - starting with the first instruction of ‘Vedonityamadhitayam’ (Daily study of scriptures-one must) up-to Parabhramatmanasthiyatam (Live absorbed in the bhava “I am Brahman”).

Making the roadmap clear, Maaji emphasized the need for step by step process (Study…Perform…Dedicate…Renounce…Recognise…Seek…Escape…Establish……………Live absorbed)thereby laying a firm foundation before the abiding state “I am Brahman”.
Since 24x7 we are not living That, hence practice is necessary. Therefore, Be constantly aware of That awareness…
