Discipline and moderation will make a man fit for Yoga. The one who is moderate in eating and recreation. The one who is moderate in sleep and wakefulness. The one who is moderate in his exertion during his activities. This time of Yoga can take away your grievances. One should not get conditioned by time and space, but one should be disciplined while being in time and space. I have to practice "moderation". As much as one will practice, one will find their ways of getting into moderation and holding oneself steady in the seat of meditation as well. For a balanced person, sorrows get destroyed by meditation.
