Under the Jnana Yoga of our Divine Self Unfoldment and Re-discovery Manual Sreemad Bhagawad Geeta, is very special to me as the Ananya Yoga reinforces the correct approach to gliding into meditation where I constantly introspect, seek forgiveness from the Divine, concentrate through my Sandhyavandanam Arghyam chanting as AvAdityo Brahma,
“Brahmaiva Ahamasmi" (the Sun is verily the Brahman. Brahman is myself), Gayatri Japam, and my Ishta Devata Japa, contemplation on any Scriptural verse, from Maa's teachings, and reflection throughout the day. While I revel in the seclusion at the altar, I try to retain the "aloneness" while dealing the world. And there is so much joy in being within myself that there is no craving for any company.
