The practice of meditation helps us to withdraw our mind and focus it on the Divine. My Bhakti (devotion) will be real Bhakti when my mind is calm enough. Abhyaasa Yog is when intellect is invested in Supreme Divinity and is single pointed. One must unite with the practice of meditation - diligently, regularly, sincerely, maintaining the consistent desire to reach Me. This will help oneself to calm, channelize, harness, tranquilize one's mind. whenever the mind is derailing, immediately put it back on the path.
