Ishavasya Upanishad is a short treatise of 18 Mantras in the Shukla Yajur-Veda Samhita, with each Mantra as an exercise to contemplation. In its uniqueness, the Upanishad, through seven distinct waves, brings the yearning seeker to his All Pervading Goal within and outside, journeying through the ever immortal paths of "KNOWLEDGE" and "ACTION" to be sincerely undertaken as an integrated saadhna.
