Her Holiness Maa Purnanandaji is a direct disciple of the world renowned Saint-Philosopher His Holiness Swami Chinmayanandaji. Maa is the Founder Chairperson of Sree Guru Swami Chinmayananda Sewa Nidhi Trust & Spiritual Head of Satyavrat Institute of Subjective Sciences (SISS), situated in Noida, NCR – India.
Though a successful entrepreneur in the field of advertising and interiors in her poorvashram, Maa Purnanandaji’s philanthropic nature was evident even at her younger age when she used to help the underprivileged by giving them vocational training in arts and craft for them to earn and become economically independent and mentally strong.The profound discourses in Vedanta by His Holiness Swami Chinmayanandaji, the world renowned Saint philosopher inspired her and in 1993, Swamiji initiated her into monastic life.
Maa imparts the science of transforming the human resources through inculcating values and the methods to implement them for achieving a higher standard of life and to bring harmony and peace in the society.
Maa Purnanandaji gives discourses on Spiritual texts in English, Hindi, Bengali and Gujarati. Maa addresses corporate houses, Rotary clubs, and other institutions. Maa gives motivating talks in schools/colleges for the students/faculty and also conducts Human Resource Development & Management (HRDM) Courses based on Indian ethos at SISS.
