परित्राणाय साधूनां विनाशाय च दुष्कृताम् |
धर्मसंस्थापनार्थाय सम्भवामि युगे युगे ||4.8||

The gardener will enter the garden as and when (युगे युगे) he feels the need to sustain it (धर्मसंस्थापनार्थाय). He will protect the saplings, (साधूनाम्) and destroy the weeds (दुष्कृताम्) stunting the growth of the saplings.
