Water particle desiring top-layer will be thrown up as waves (cycle-of-life). If laying low, (सतत-युक्तानाम्) Ocean will embrace it providing Knowledge (बुद्धि-योगम् ददामि) that the water-particle is Ocean itself. Hence, becomes One (माम्-उपयान्ति).
