SISS focuses attention on this very aspect and covers all ages and people
from all walks of life, irrespective of caste, creed and religion. Every human mind is a maze of confusions,
created by simple but challenging questions such as -
• Do I want to progress in the material world?
• Do I have the ability to focus my mind on the job in hand?
• Do I have a solution for managing stress and frustration thrust upon me by the world?
This is where the training in "Subjective Sciences" comes in. Subjective Science gives practical solutions to
these, and similar questions, related to human life and explains the meaning and purpose of one's existence.
It demolishes the practice of blind faith and mechanical rituals. Explaining the philosophy behind rituals,
turning the human mind towards positive dynamism and creating the depth of faith in the Reality, Subjective
Science teaches us to look within ourselves. It focuses on one's own nature and its relationship with the world
and its Creator. There is a need to pay attention to our inner instruments that are being neglected for want of
the right knowledge, awareness and proper handling of the same.
SISS is set up with the purpose of imparting this science of handling human life on the basis of
Vedanta philosophy. This is being very ably done by Maa
Purnanandaji, Spiritual Head & Founder Chairperson of Sree Guru Swami Chinmayananda Sewa Nidhi, a non-profit
charitable trust, of which, SISS is a unit.
